What is the delivery area?
We offer delivery throughout Japan.
However, additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

Where can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you can check the delivery status from your My Page.
- Log in to your My Page by clicking "Login" on the top right of this website.
- Select "Order History"
- Click on the order to check the order status and delivery status

I can't log in to my page. I forgot my password.
